Poinsettia Mimosa Champagne Cocktail (Serves 1)
What you need:
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice
- 1 oz triple sec (optional)
- champagne or sparkling grape juice
- Pour cranberry juice.
- Add triple sec.
- Top off with champagne.
For a non-alcoholic version, just subtract the triple sec and substitute sparkling grape juice for champagne!
