Poinsettia Mimosa Champagne Cocktail Recipe | SmartyHadAParty.com

A little bubbly this time of year is the way to go! A poinsettia mimosa is a great champagne cocktail recipe that can be made both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Sugar the rims of your champagne glasses for the perfect wintery look! It’s almost too pretty to drink. Cheers!
